It was time to replace our old Dyson cord vacuum. I think it was 17 years old. Since it had performed so well over the years, I immediately looked to Dyson again. I admit I was a bit skeptical that a smaller stick vacuum could do the job in an almost 2000 sq ft house. We are senior citizens who have an active lifestyle, live in the mountains off of dusty roads, have house cats and 2 Aussie dogs. Since we also have horses and acreage, we are busy and the cleaning sometimes takes a lower priority. I wanted something that was easy to use, quick, and not having to drag a cord around sounded really good! Hubby thought I was making a big mistake. But, after assembling it and using it today, he has changed his mind, and I really, really like this handy and powerful vacuum. Some of the features take a bit of getting used to, like taking the tube with the power head off to dump the bin. In fact, I was concerned about the small size of the bin, and how often I might need to dump it. But after using it to vacuum most of the house, I'm no longer concerned. I'm used to it now, and it takes just a moment. And...it did a great job, our area rugs look great, and it moves so easily to our hardwood floors. One really big plus for us is that it runs off battery charge. We live off the grid and generate our own electricity with solar and wind. On cloudy, windless days, I was basically forbidden to vacuum, unless I started a generator. But now, I can have a charge ready and get it done! Couldn't be happier. If, having using this for a time we find something to change our opinion, I will edit my review to reflect it. Can definitely recommend this product!

I own three of these and would be surprised if I ever find another product that surpasses the ProTeam brand. My wife and I offer residential and commercial cleaning services and have never been disappointed by the performance of our vacuums. With these backpacks your arms and wrists do not suffer even after several hours of vacuuming. Reaching under chairs and tables and sofas is a breeze, Reaching ceiling corners--from where the odious spiders love to challenge us--is not a problem at all. Changing the bag and washing the filters is also quick and swift. I've tried extension cords from other sources but the one provided by ProTeam seems to work the best (I don't know why... but it is less prone to tangling and to becoming kinked). We purchased the additional backpack to put it to exclusive service at a residence where the homeowner had had a stem cell transplant--rendering the immune system inactive--and were confident that this vacuum would effectively maintain the sanitized environment that was required. It did not fail us and we would like to think that it contributed to our client's speedy recovery in a dust-free environment.
In summary, we love the quality of this product. I can't opine as to the company's customer service: we've never had reason to call them!

This is the best espresso machine to enter into the world of making espresso. It doesn't have any of the bells and whistles that $2,000 + machines have, but it does have everything you need to make cafe-quality coffee in your home. Don't go for the cheap machines if you're actually trying to make something good, rather than just passable.

Great value. Makes an awesome espresso. Very durable, and it's nice that replacement parts are readily available.

All of the parts are standard and serviceable. Truly a machine you can grow with.

Blends anything easily and quickly, doesn't walk off the counter or vibrate, easy simple to use and understand controls. Blends from chunky to velvety smooth. It has never stalled or jammed on anything no matter how tough or hard. A Jar stuffed with super frozen items will require some tamping to get them to feed but everything else feeds by itself. Super durable, we have been using it daily for over a year and it looks like new still. I estimate the life to be 5-20 years of daily use, AND ITS MADE IN THE USA! Its not even expensive. Its the Cheapest blender of its class (Vitamix et al) and works lots better than all of them. The only drawback for some people is the weight, It does weigh a ton so for some people lugging it from a cabinet to the countertop may be a chore but once it is there you totally forget that because of how well it works! One other thing to note is that the blender itself is not loud at all the chopping of food at high speed is super loud. That why juice bars have this cases over their blenders to quiet them down. This doesn't have a sound dampening box so if you don't like loud noise your going to have to keep the speed dial turned down. But then you won't get velvety smooth food. I like the included clear plastic jar (which is super tough and easy to clean) because you can see the food inside and measure it easily but if your afraid of plastic you can get the optional all stainless jar for this blender.

I used to avoid making rice because it was a hassle, requiring vigilance, timing and temperature control, not to mention the cleanup of the sticky mess left behind. It comes with a charming recipe booklet that shows things that can be made with it BESIDES rice - like soup, mac n cheese, chili, pudding, etc. This attractive cooker takes center stage in my kitchen. My old rice cooker finally gave up on me so I have to find the replacement asap since I cook rice almost everyday. For me no rice no life.

I decided to get this one because I grew up in a household that used Toshiba brand for most of the electronic product we had.

This rice cooker makes the rice cooked in quick mode tastes better than the regular mode in my old rice maker. The consistency of porridge also better. Whenever I left my rice on warm for more than 5h,my old rice maker made my rice super dry turned into pebbles, but this one even after 15h still keeping the rice as good as it's just cooked.

Pros: better rice/porridge quality
Pretty and slick design.

Con: a little bit bulky

Zojirushi NP-NVC18 Induction Heating Pressure Cooker and Warmer Review - 10 Cups, Stainless Brown, Made in Japan

Upgraded from Fuzzy as Fuzzy’s internal battery died and scratched inner pot(about 7 years). I cooked the same sushi rice with same amount of water in both cooker (Regular on pressure, Regular/Sushi on Fuzzy). Fuzzy did 5 minutes faster (the pressure doesn’t cutdown cooking time, but simply to do with the texture of the rice in my opinion). Fuzzy one came out a little bit mushier and fluffier. The pressure one is a little bit more chewy and nice(my personal preference). Although you can sleet harder or softener of your choice, this is only comparison with Regular setting. I will test the difference between Regular and UMAMI later.

The difference between this pressure one and non-pressure induction or Fuzzy is really base on personal preference. Fuzzy is good rice cooker and I am really happy with it, but I would spend more to invest this pressure rice cooker to someone like me eat rice 4-5 times a week. Fuzzy is around $200, non-pressure induction is around $315, and this pressure one is around $450 (all 5.5 cups).
